What are Cordyceps?
This is a crazy little medicinal mushroom native to Himalyan region of Nepal and Butan that has been used in traditional eastern medicine for 5k years.
So why talk about the little guys?
Tibetans have used it for thousands of years as a respiratory supplement, liver treatment & fertility booster.
It’s also been used to strengthen our digestive system, immune system, reducing stress. improving brain power, improving mood.
So many different purposes.
But the one I’m particularly excited about is it’s affect on our cardiovascular system.
