Truth is…

Many entrepreneurs message or email me asking about the best way to reduce body fat from behind the arms or quickest way to build core stability or to have more energy and while I think there’s a lot of value in these small pieces of information, the reality is that REAL transformation happens at a cerebral level.

Transformation is a combination of mindset shifts first, before the physical will follow. Here’s what I mean.

Our desire to change starts with a shift in thought; not an action. Simple right? Like, duh, Captain Obvious.

But that’s what makes this episode so powerful.

This is a crazy little medicinal mushroom native to Himalyan region of Nepal and Butan that has been used in traditional eastern medicine for 5k years.

So why talk about the little guys?

Tibetans have used it for thousands of years as a respiratory supplement, liver treatment & fertility booster.

It’s also been used to strengthen our digestive system, immune system, reducing stress. improving brain power, improving mood.

So many different purposes.

But the one I’m particularly excited about is it’s affect on our cardiovascular system.
